    Yamaha 440 SS

    weight

    Any idea what a 92 vmax4 weights? Whats the engine weight? Any weight difference between the 750 and 800? Was Yamaha able to reduce weight on the newer 4's?

    rear suspension

    There is a 98 sxr rear suspension on my local craigslist. Would this be a good transplant into my 92 vmax4? He wants $115, but sounds like it would need a new shock. I have a M-10 in another sled that I'm thinking about putting in my 4. Any input would be appreciated.
