Crank seals.

Hey guys! How's everyone going? I guess I'm starting what you can call a collection of these beasts! I have the original 1992, the 1994, and i just got my hands on a 1993. My question is, the 93' was only running on two cylinders, did a compression test. 160, 165, 160, 160. So that was all good. Started it up, and sprayed some starter fluid on the crank seal and it picked the PTO side cylinder up. So i pulled the engine (it's fun by yourself), Tore down, and was going to order all the crank seals and a new set of rings to freshen her up. I can get all the oil seals, but Yamaha says the labyrinth seals that go in between each cylinder are unavailable. Now in all my years of rebuilding sleds, i have always replaced these, so my question is, what do i do about them? they look okay to me, but they are seals. I know there really isn't and aftermarket parts for these, and i would like to get it running again soon. Thanks in advanced.
