Belt side clearance

I'm setting up my 800 for 500 ft grass drags. How much belt side clearance should I have???

For drag racing .030" sheave to belt clearance works great. It will set the belt hard, and you won't have to worry about soft feeling engagement with slip, or the belt rubbing against the sheave and hazing.
