10w30 motor oil in crank case?

you talking about the gear box on the front of the motor?

if so, I`d definantly stick with the recomended 80/90 gear oil, as thats whats in there..gears...gear oil is different then regular motor oil..

my personal favorite is Mobile one full synthetic..

The workshop manual says you can use motor oil 10W-30 or gear oil 75-80.
