1995 VMAX4 odometer

Hi, new to the site as I just picked up a clean 1995 VMAX4 but the speedometer does not work and the cable is fine. When I manually insert into the odometer and spin the cable, nothing moves. My question is: are all the odometers the same 92-97? Thanks, Randy

Do you know if the odometer can be replaced separately in the cluster, or does the entire assy have to be replaced?
