97 Mountain Max Suspension

I'm looking at some suspensions for my 95 Vmax-4. Does anyone know if the suspension in the 97 MM 800 is the same as the suspension in the 97 Vmax 600 Mountain Max? If they are not what is different other then the width of the suspension? Thanks...

It' s not the same shock absorber.

My suspension is a ProAction 136 version don't know what came on the Vmax 600 MM

Same as my SRX just longer LOL!

P.S Just checked on Port Yamaha micro fiche they look to be the same suspensions in both sleds

the tunnel is narrower on a Vmax4.Shafts have to be shortened.I put a 1996xt skid in my Vmax4,that was the only install diff.

dealer: How was the vmax4 with the xt skid in it? Did it handle better? would you recommend it for others?

Iam trying to put a pro action plus suspension on my 94 vmax 4 750 but dont have any of the
measurments can anybody help me out it would be greatly appreciated
