creating a 95 mountain max - HELP!

i have a 95, and i already picked up a new take off 144 off a nytro xtx, the skid is off a 2001 sx-r, so the rail extensions should be no problem - i am wondering if anyone has a tunnel extension or knows where to get one for the older v-max body style. everything i can find is 97 and newer yamaha. oh i also have the camoplast molded wide skis (like come stock on a ski doo tundra). i am pumped about this build but now it seems as though i will have to retrofit a different extension. that sucks! any help would be greatly appreciated!

i also was going to drop the chaincase, so i bought one, but now i am not so if anyone wants a chaincase to play with let me know!

Here are some pics of a OEM 136 kit I sold a few years ago. It was on a 92 and had smaller drivers as the sled had a paddle track on it. Don't know if this will help but at least you can see what one looked like. It was a bolt/rivit on kit and had a bigger rear heat exchanger.

Here is a pic of my 95 that i extended to 144. I made all the parts at work. The tunnel extension is just two pieces of 1/2" x 1" steel tubing about 18" long with a 1" dia. bar welded across for the grab bar. The tunnel extension is a 15" long piece of aluminum sheet with a 1" 90 degree bends on each side. I took the rear cooler and cut it at the bend, milled it to butt up flush laying flat and welded back together. Pop riveted everything back together and re-used the tunnel back plate to hold the snow flap.

they look awesome, maybe i will fab one up. I do have the donor tunnel from the sxr that i have the skid out of, i might cut that off and try and rivet that on. i will start to add pics and see what you guys think
