im looking to get some jetting help for these rpc pipes i just recent purchased.

My plan is to lift the cylinders with a .039 base gasket and cut the heads .018 + run a single layer head gasket.

Im going to be using ethanol free fuel (91) mixed with some booster or 100 race fuel

it also has vforce reeds already.

anyone?

Jetting is a touchy subject to say the least. I'll throw out a suggestion though, start with 50 pilots and about 150's for mains. I bet the 150's will be rich, but jets are cheaper than pistons. Obviously keep an eye on it, especially if it's real cold out. I've never ran RPC's but in my Aaen piped '93 I used 50's and 140's, stock motor. Worked good, but was close to lean.

i run 143.5 on my 800 with psi pipes at -15 that is border line , u would be safe with 145 main jets and 55pilot and raise ur needle to 3 rd slot
