Oil Pump ?

I am putting in a new used moter. mine went boom. I am wondering on the oil pump injection. should I leave pump on or remove and premix gas. I only asphalt race this sled.

I have seen some posts by were Tony (Yomigod) answeres this question, and I'm pretty sure he reccomends leaving the pump on and NOT going w/ premix gas but you may want to send him a PM.....

It believe it will run lean at high rpm.

Remouve the pump and run with pre-mixte gaz/oil. Use a good syntec oil.

I'm with Dom. Depending on your rpm and compression ratio - 32 to 40 :1. I run 32:1 @ 10200 rpm. Koltz R50 or similar

I removed oil and water pump. Never had a problem running lean at high rpm's
