Do you guys know if a seat off a 1997 yamaha vmax xtc will work on a 93 vmax-4? I thought I read it would work, but the seller is telling me about straps that hold his seat down to the tunnel? thanks as always for all your help!
The seat off a 97 will not fit you need a 96 or earlier. Yamaha changed the style in 97 (1 have a 98 XTC). Two person seats also fit from the earlier vmax's as I have one on my 92 vmax4.
