Studding advice

I just installed a 136 1.25 ripsaw in my 1995 V-max4 800st. It has an M-10 skid in it and everything seems to be fitting great. Now I wonder why I couldn’t add studs. As long as they are not in the path of the intercoolers that run along to top of the tunnel it should be fine right??? I’ve been reading but I can’t seem to find a reason that wouldn’t be fine?

Yea, 1.25 is a little tight. Add studs over that and it might be rippin up your bulkhead. You need to do some measuring up in there and figure it out. I had a 92 with a 136 and 2" paddle track in it but they used smaller drivers to get clearance. Smaller drivers might make it hard to get the track tensioned without running out of adjustment.
