Suspension lube points

Borrowed my Neighbors grease gun and he wants it back. Anyone know how many grease points and where they are on the suspension?(zerv fittings). I could only find one.

One on the bottom side of each suspension arm at the bottom of the shock towers, one in the center of the front axle between the limiter straps, one in the center of the rear axle.
