Test Today Not So Good NEED HELP

Tested sled today, what a struggle. I ported cylinders with the race logic template. I have a bog out of the hole, cannot figure out how to get it out.


137.5 mains
60 piolets
air needle 4 turns tried from 1/2 to 4 no better or worse
136 track
I have the bigger needle tubes dont rember the #
aaen pipes
4600ft


On the other hand the apex comp car ran awsome.

Don't know what you all have going there but that sounds like more than enough fuel for 4600 ft. Especially the pilots.

A bog is generally a lean condition. Try dropping your needles one position at a time. How is your belt deflection? That can cause a bog.
opsled is right. It sounds like you have plenty of pilot jet for altitude, but its hard to tell how the porting changed things.

I would try 50 pilots what was the air temp/ humidity? That way to much track for a trail port motor

Dont worry about the track. You can tune for it.Is the bog before clutch engagement ?

No reaction/change in mix screws, may indicate an out of "range" pilot jet/s..
