i was wondering how to shave some weight off of my 94 v max 4 750? i have heard something about a thread on here does anybody know what the link is to this?

The sled needs exercise and it will lose about 1 pound per mile until it runs out of gas.

On a serious note why do you want to shave weight, for a drag sled or just for trail riding? If it's for a drag sled you should be able to cut some weight. If it's for a trail sled you could probably shave a few pounds with an SC10 rear suspension, other than that save yourself some time and effort and just add more hp.

LOL Good one's guys. I meant to weigh both skids and forgot but I don't think the SC10 is saving me any weight, it sure seemed heavy to me.

Stingers vs stock can is around seven pounds. Aftermarket track should help save another ten compared to stock. those are probably the biggest to start with.

ok sounds like ill just end up doing some motor work i didnt know if there were any certain things to do but thanks alot guys
