WTB - hydro brake caliper bracket for Vmax 4

I?m looking for one of the guys that has built hydraulic brake caliper brackets to mount newer and updated OEM brakes from an SRX for example.

If no one has any for sale, I?d even appreciate dimensions or a CAD file.
