Reeds not worth spending money on.Only a couple of hp midrange on the 750.That includes Vforce..You will get more bang for your buck if you spend your money on clutching the 750.

i called haucks and they set me up with a complete clutch kit. just tell them what mods have been done to your sled and what you use it for and they can set you up. it can get pricey though. i will post how mine works once i get a chance to really try it out. only been riding around the yard so far.

OK ,:banghead: REEDS ARE THE LIFE OF YOUR MOTOR.
CARBON TECH REEDS
THEY HELP THROTTLE RESPONSE AND LOW AND MID. RANGE POWER.
I WILL AGREE THAT THE HP. GAINS ARE SMALL.
BUT WHAT A DYNO CAN NOT SHOW YOU IS THE SNAP IN THE THROTTLE.
NOTE - THE CLUTCH IS A FUCTION OF THE MOTOR.
IF THE THROTTLE RESPONSE IS QUICKER THE CLUTCH REACTS FASTER.
IF THE THROTTLE RESPONSE IS SLOW THE CLUTCH IS SLOWER.
SO CLUTCH IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE MOTOR !!!!!!!
CARBON TECH REEDS ARE $200 AND FIT IN STOCK REED CAGE.
THEY ARE NOT HARD TO REPLACE.
AND THEY WILL LAST LONGER THAN YOUR STOCK REEDS.
I HAVE A SET OF STOCK REEDS FOR A 750, FOR SALE LIKE NEW $50 AND I'LL MAIL THEM TO YOUR DOOR IN THE U.S.

a kit through hauck depends on what you want. go to there web site and check it out. or you can call them, tell them what you want to do and see what they can set you up with. i went with everything. springs, helix, adjustable weights. etc. it was about $375. but you can get cheaper depending on what you want.

so what i hear is that changing reeds is really not worth the money and to put that money elswhere for more hp. just want the big picture??? sorry for intruding but this has also been on my mind.
Rick
I agree with powershack, Their is a gain their. Maybe not in big HP, but the throttle response makes the sled feel much snappier. Problem is, having to buy 4 reeds are spendy for our sleds...Not on the top of my list of things to get...But if I run acrost a good deal, I will buy them.
