Throttle

Being new to this, I noticed that the throttle seems to have 2 cables. Top one is tight and the bottom one seems loose like it may be broken or not hooked up. Does that one run the oil injection? I know the sled is getting lots of oil, maybe too much.

Yes. One runs the throttle and the other runs the oil injection. Check out the service manual or tech pages and find out how much free play there suppose to be

Went out for a closer look and it was my mistake. I noticed that the bottom cable runs the oil and it wasn't loose just kinked a bit right at the throttle. Seems to be working fine. I should have checked closer before posting I guess.

There is an adjustment on that oil cable. You'll need to pull of carb box's and measure distance in cable(in middle there is spot where it pulls apart) you are going to want to make sure that oil pump is adjusted correctly. It's listed in service manual.
