What rpm should the SRX be maxxing out at? This is with stock tripple pipes and aftermarket can.

Thanks. I rode my '98 yesterday to see how it was doing - haven't ridden it for a couple of years, usually one of my kids rides it. 8900 rpm, thought it was a bit much. I'll look at the secondary and maybe decrease it 10 degree.

98-99 700 SRX runs at 8100-8300 rpm. 00-02 700 SRX run at 8200-8600 rpm.
