Pro active inital setup SXR700

I dont have a manual for this sled so I need some help setting up for my weight #200.Now the front springs are pretty stiffly set.Pushing through corners.Any help would be appreciated,I dont know a thing about this system.

Dont tell me your sled has pimples? I dont know what else you would be doing with pro "active" on a sled? JUST KIDDING with ya. Sorry, i could`nt resist.
