Got my new red ski handles today from Yamaha, should look good on the black skis, will post pics when installed!!!

Well RDL, I saw a set on ebay that went for $58US and he wanted another $21US for shipping to canada and thats for a used set...I got a set from yamaha for $80 Canadian including taxes...so they wernt cheap, but I wanted them for my 800.

SRV540 I have a pair of plasticskis (take of from my 04 warrior, changed to 05 mountain skis). Is it just bolt on and go on the vmax4 or do I have to change anything on the vmax4 to put the skis on???

your skis shave the aluminum mounting brackets or the full composite skis??? if its the aluminum brackets you have to cut out a bit of the bracket on so the tss knuckle will have clearance, its not hard at all, and is a huge improvement over the stock skis!

The skis are with the aluminum brackets! So were do i cut the brackets in order to fit them to the vmax4?

Ernie, the bracket is not deep enough to line up the holes for mounting, you have to cut out just enough to the tss knuckle will fit through, just put the bracket up anf mark with a marker were to cut, you will see what I mean!
