hi every one
just wanted to say hi and send easter wishes to you all from up here and a special wish to all loved ones abroad

im also wondering if there is any progress
in the pipes brian is working on (King of the lake) are they chocolate coated yet !

is anyone going to the vintagre show at the end of the month in Lakewood
im interested but it is 5 hours for me so looking to see if anyone is interested in sharing the ride

and just a general hello to everyone and wondering what the plans are from you all on who is racing grass tar or building a monster !

[RDL 93 V-MAX4]

Well I got a few Yamaha projects going on but got into some delays. It's been a frustrating year so far with injurys. I got hurt at work from a Oxy/Acetelyne burn and it slowed me down for almost a month. Then at home I lifted a sled into a trailer and strained some muscles. At first I thought it wasn't too bad but was getting chest pains for 4 days. Then noticed I had a bulge under my ribs! Doctor first though it was a Hernia but after more test now says it's a real bad muscle strain. Been taking it easy of late.

But heres whats going on with my projects....

94' V-Max Project

I am putting her back toghether from scratch! Getting close to having the aluminum on tunnel all shined up. Doing the same to the Clutch Guard and Feet Stirrups. Also will be picking up the engine Bulkhead next week. She's been Tig Welded and is close to getting riveted to the tunnel. And lastly sending my steering column and linkage arm to get sandblasted and painted. Doing the same to the rad support when I get one. Want to go either white or red not sure just yet.

76' STX 440 Project

Still lots of cleaning to do on her. Want to make her look showroom condition someday. Need to pull out the engine to fix the bottem end. She's got 125psi on both cylinders but there is play in the crank. Bought a 1980 SRX with the same engine as the STX. Engine is a Exiter fan cooled. It has a good crank but the top end has issues so going to make the swap of parts soon. Then going to part out the rest of the good parts on the sled. Will be nice to get a few $$ to help me out with the V-Max.

So it's going to be a busy summer got a few other things on the side.

Hi there Noink!

Nothing special here for easter. We still have snow ( 80 cm to exact) so I´m riding. And will be probably until early may.

in summer I´ll be doing few things to my sled, like changing the track etc.
