possible that the 94 is cursed?

this thing has been nothing but babied since i have had it and never jumped it! well after needing new track, blown chaincase then chain, 8 tooth extroverts, a brand spankin new top end last season (all 4 done), crank spun a gear, rear axel got bent, clutch cracked, exhaust can broke, Y pipes snapped AND! to top it off today i was rebuilding the bottem end with my 92 weilded crank. and guess what!! the crank somehow moved the bearing pins on 1,4 and the pto about 1/2" off, when i put the case halves together, and when i torqued it to spec blew my crankcase and destroyed my bearing on the crank and pto shaft!! how can only 3 move and the others stayed put? it never seemed anything differnt out of the normal way it usually goes together! i have done the engine before and i pretty much know it like the back of my hand, but now this cursed thing is.....

wow, talk about bad luck!!! :sheep I´m sorry for your misfortune with the sled. I also tend to believe that your sled is cursed with all the issues you writing about. Hope you will be more lucky with the mtn sled you´re building.

That really is some bad shit going on with you. Sorry to hear about your 94 letting you down like that. It would make me pull out my hair and would just drive me insane. Hope you get a huge turn around of good luck and you can get things all back on track for this upcoming winter season.

all i can figure is somhow the crank turned and the bearing turned when i put the second half on because all the damage is exacally the same.

i will probly grind out the bad portion and fix it to work, get her runnin and pawn it or drive it till it blows into peices
