Yamaha 440cc Torque Spec's

[RDL 93 V-MAX4]

Anyone have a Manual for these fan cooled motor?

Just looking for what the torque is for the motor cylinder heads?

REG,I have a hand book for the SRX,I could only assume they might be the same for the fan cooled.If they are I will post the or send you a pm,They are all aluminium so that is why I would ONLY assume.I'm sure someone else will chime in on the matter.

It sure makes sense on what you are saying about the aluminum being torqued.

I need to get this 440 going soon. To make room for other sleds. :):muahaha:

There are eight nuts on the srx cylinder heads.
In 2 steps working in a criscross patterns starting with 14.5 ft-pds on 10 mm nuts
Then 21.5 ft-pds final
8mm nuts start 14.5 ft-pds then 18 ft pds
this is not for cylinders!!!
