SRX Hood Question

Does anyone know if the hood would be the same from 1976 through 1981 on the SRX models ? ( 440 ) thanks . There is some one in wisconsin supposedly molding some vintage hoods for a few different sleds . :drink1:

There is difference in 76-77 and 78-80 SRX hoods. They are cut different in the back by the handlebars. Also the 76-77 hood weighs half as much as a 78-80 SRX hood. The 81 SRX hood is like a V-max 540. I have both style hoods for sale if you are looking for one and can get shipped cheap. Jeff Wurl
