Hey guys, how can I tell for sure if a snowmobile cylinder is plated or not? I`m working on the ole lady`s sled, and have been told that the cylinders are iron bore, but they dont look like the iron bore I`m used to seeing. they shine alot more IMO. and to top it off, when looking at piston rings on the internet, they have (chrome) next to the ring part number, but I have a guy that races them in vintage classes, and swears thier not chromed. so WTH? thanks AL
