What is your custo cold air intake? Its a cross between the stock airbox/uni pod cones/and some good ole indoor plumbing material.

got any picture to explain what yeah got going there? Not yet man, but I will when I get that far - still need to get this jetting figured out before I put the carbs back in.

That looks GOOD!!!! Thanks doug!

looks great izz what did you use to strip your paint and what is the tennis ball on a string Thanks man, I used aircraft stripper, that tennis ball on a string is what I used to polish the tunnel (ancient secret - like wax on/wax off) - just kept pushing it back and forth - the string kept it from falling out of my hand, hitting the floor, and getting dirty after my arm went numb. Just kiddin! (dont inhale to much of that stripper) its for when we actually used to use the garage for parking our truck in, it let my wife know when she was gonna hit the front wall. Now insead of cutting it down or tying it back up I keep it there (in my way) to prove to my wife that I will be done someday and we can use the garage for her truck again.

Looking good IZZ!!

LIKE THAT POLISHED TUNNEL . HOW MANY HOURS INTO IT? Thanks Joe. Im not sure exactly, 3 short evenings so probably 4-6 hrs. Im surprised how easy that really was to do myself. The stripper does most of the work, Then I used a scotch brite with laquer thinner to remove the remaining paint and residue. Follow that with 2000 grit wet-r-dry and a moderate amount of elbow grease, followed by a specific type of auto body rubbing compound for clear coats (3M), followed by a polishing pad on the end of my drill with a high gloss polishing compound, and then end it with a protective coat of a specific type of auto body polish for clear coats.(3M)
The body man whos painting my panels gave me these instructions and the polish. (awesome guy)

Thanks Toydoc and RDL!!
