I am just curious what everyone here does for a living? I myself work at my family bodyshop (Bodyman & Painter) and in my spare time fix computers:D

CNC Machinist. I set up and program computerized boring mills, lathes, and machining centers.

I don't do anything exciting. Make a few bucks here and there by selling eXtreme sled/biking DVD's

I was looking at the billet pull handle that I think Brad had posted a picture of. I could make something like that and engrave Vmax4.com on it. I've also been thinking of turning up some billet aluminum wheels and cut out Vmax4.com as spokes. Just some stuff I've been thinking about. The hardest part would be getting some time on the machines when we're not running production work. We're pretty busy right now.

Retired from U-Haul, hunt and fish now, sled full time in the winter. Do some side line computer work.

Well, I am a snowmobile instructor in winter and ATV instructor in the summer, taking out customers for a ride. Also repairing the machines when time etc.

It has it`s highlights but after a while it becomes just like any work. The best part is when season is slow and boss tells to go up to the trails and `practise` ;)

I work for our national Metsähallitus, Forest and Park Service as a Forest management supervisor. I am a forest engineer by education. I´m working in Sodankylä. Before this I was working in Savukoski for 3 years. Logging...

I get to ride ATV´s and snowmobiles alot. And get payed when doing it!! LOVE IT!

Took me 5 years to graduate instead of normal 4. That is what you get when you start to have kids LOL

I work 12hr nite shift mllroom operator at a breakfast cereal company, making crisp rice and bran flakes. Boring but good health
insurance, pays ok too.

I work at Collett Electronics and get to ride ATV's and sleds for work. It's hard work, but someone has to do it!:o

I work for 3M in the medical division. I spend most of my day in a lab, Running tests on adhesives (mainly medical tapes). Can get very old at times, Lots of number crunching. Funny, I almost went to school for autobody repair...Some times I think I still should;) .

Always need help here, problem is, I used to ride about 5-6,000 km's/year. Now I get so busy during the winter, I'm lucky to get 2,000 in.....:eek:

I am a Industrial Mechanic Millwright. Work in a Smelter Refinery for one of the biggest Nickel producers in the world. I like mechanical work but would rather be doing it with snowmobiles full time.

you mean the big nickel!!!!! I hitch hiked pasted there on my way to Espanola way back when I was 15......and boy was it scary at 4am on that hwy 17...lol by the way what a stinky town it is...:eek:

Yes you are right you smelled the Copper Refinery off of highway 17. They are closing it down soon so it will not be so bad. I don't live near it thank god just have to drive past it to go to work everyday. Hey Espanola smells too they have that Stinky Paper mill in there town!

i work for a rta furniture company called sauder woodworking i ran a machine that puts the laminate on mouldings but i just got promoted to set up tech and assistant manager of the department but i had to leave my first shift job and go to 3rd the pay is better but it just goes to my exwife anyways i work 12 hrs 3 nights a week not bad i like but i would rather be sledding

I am a Property Claims Manager for an auto insurance company. Was a mechanic in a previous life, also have a teaching degree and taught high school auto shop. I would rate sleds 1st followed by ATV riding 2nd. I also build Jeeps in my spare time. Spent a lot of time in Upstate New York at camp, and a lot of time in Ottawa and Gatineau Quebec.

I work at Varney Newport Ford, selling the best vehicles made, FORD! :-P Im 21 married with a 10 month daughter. I sit around all day and rip people off (joke), its great, but is really slow in the winter, wish i could sled while people are not out shopping cars when its snowing.
