Hey bly123 what a awesome job you did there on the sled. Everytime I see someone put a Proaction Suspension in there machine I really want to get one too someday. I will have to move your post to the Braggin' Page soon. Thanks for sharing all your photos with us.

The Pro-Action is a big upgrade for sure, but I hate to say it, if I was gonna do it again I'd use a 98 or newer ZR suspension for the weight transfer and ride.

I don't think the Dealer even shines them up that nice.
Way to go Bly!

Thanks. I did take my time. I have been working on it all summer. I can't wait to see how it rides on the trails this year. 1 more month and I'll find out!!!!

Great looking sled... I've wanted to get an M-10 in mine. One day my dad rode it on the trails, and he broke the tensioners.
Why wait? Yard not big enough. When I go my 97 Z 440, first day it was goin around the yard. On hooked the trail, drove down the driveway, and pulled up the skis.

I have only 1 pic of the sled from before the restoration, it's on the weekend I got it. It's riding low as you can see. Both the front and rear suspension was shot and you can see the seat was on it's way out too. But it ran great! and that what counts.
Great Job!!! I see you have two extra wheels! excellent! AL P

Man, you did a beautiful job! You took an older sled and added some newer technology and created a killer ride. She's a keeper! Now all you need is some snow.

Can this thread be moved to the "Braggin page"? It would save me from reposting all the pics on the Braggin page
