Hi guys!
Going to a race on sunday and temp. will be around 28f , my sled has quad pipes and is ported . It seems to run better at very cold temps, especially the throttle response, is there anything i can do to make response better at warmer temps?I bought the engine recently and i am guessing it is jetted pretty high.Any help would be appreciated!!! Are you the guy I met in Alliston? The temps and conditions (freezing rain=heavy air) sound similar to what you are running in. BTW my best on the old max was 176 that day. The website says 168 that was my first run then my sticker blew off so they did'nt get the 2nd run recorded!! My 3rd run was my worst of the day but no one said you get better everytime you test.I ended up having the 2nd and 3rd fastest sleds of the day. Nice to meet a fellow vmax4 guy.

Increase your jet size as the temp drops, it runs better because its going lean,,,,,air density
