Anyone run the heavy hitter weights for clutching? I've heard the 8bu-00's won't allow full shift. I'm hunting for the most top end I can get, gotta represent the big 4 on the ice!!!

I haven't tried em in the Vmax-4 but have em in my RX-1. Big two thumbs up for sure, great all-around weight!

I've got a set sitting on my shelf that might get the call this year. I've also got a hauck blue spring to possibly try. Anyone have an experience with a cat green spring? How close would it be to the blue one I have now?

Save yourself the money and go with the 8bu's....for racing, or just want an aggressive shift go with them....here did you come up with they don't give full shift??? Someone who is selling aftermarket weights!

If you're not going to use the HH's and want to get rid of them let me know.

Someone I've been friends with a long time who has a 95, best run 128 mph on ice. Mind you setup was way above and beyond clutch weights but is stock bore for whatever thats worth. He runs the older version the "thundershift" which isn't as good reliability wise as the heavy hitter but essentially the same. I'm not hear to B.S. its a high number I know, but for what I want to do I want to hit 122-124 which is very achievable with these sleds with the psi quads that I have and the right setup. I'm only talking radar run stuff because not much gets said on this site about top speed runs. Yammiegod, RWABOY, and others have tried and true short run setups, I'm trying to get the same for long distance!
