v4 800 in sx frame?

so has anyone ever tred fitting a v4 motor in a newer yamaha frame? curious to know.....as I have a chance to geta 96 motor and psi pipes for cheap Canadian dollars.....close to me! since I have 3 800 motors I could try 1 in a 97+ trail arm yamaha!

Never heard of any, but it would a blast!

I would be a tough swap since the engine sets between the frame rails on the newer trailing arm sleds, but with enough effort anything can be accomplished.

that would be so cool...... then just put in a long travel suspension....for a v4 powered ditch banger......kinda like this 800 tripple powered pro x

yeah sounds good... I am going to look at a complete 96 motor with psi's today and would like to put it in another frame..., boy if one can be jammed in a 1981 srx440 then should be able to get in a sx or srx with a little work....oh well time will tell...lol

that would be a kickass idea...you might have to fab pipes though...
