Welcome!!

The seals are a dealer item.

The skins can be found in the aftermarket as well as at the dealer.

thanks, any idea which aftermarket place carries the skins, my local place has the skins that cover the whole bottom, not the ones that are narrower and slide in the under-side channel.

A local place here in Gaylord Michigan carries them or at least they did the last time I checked.

Here is the name and number: Sled Shed 1-989-731-2858

Welcome to the site! :welcome:

The last time I got some was a NOS auction on ebay for $35/pair, so I bought 6 pair. They're made by Sno-Stuff. I found them here: http://www.sno-stuff.com/frame2.html

They're getting more expensive and harder to find. I put a set on a few years ago and one was worn through after 100 miles from riding on marginal snow, so I started making protectors out of plastic pipe. I've posted these pictures before, but here they are again. I've had the same set of skins on for about 4 years now.

The original owner of my sled rode mostly the mountains in Revelstoke BC. He put a wide Black skin that fit the bottom of the ski on for better floatation. As far as I can tell, the red skins that fit inside the ski are the originals. This year I'm going to need new carbides and I'll be checking the skins as well.
