anybody have the power up kit done? is it worth the 400 bucks? or can you achieve the same thing with the cylinder lift, head mill and drilling the hole in the piston by yourself

The new piston hole is not the same center. Hauck will also modify the cylinders and change the head squish for your riding situation.
