80 srx,Problem occours after about an hour of riding. Then I seem to get less fuel when when warm.To keep it running I need to fully choke it back to life.I thought I knew what the prob was and had worked it out but its the same symptom but not the same cause. At first I was getting excess oil into the pulser line to the fuel pump from the crank case now when the it starts to die out there is just enough fuel to run but not to ride.I have rebuilt the fuel pump once already any suggestions here I feeling stumped.Could I be loosing a crank seal?
Plug reads are nice and brown at about 32 degrees

GET IT TO IDLE AND SPRAY STARTING FLUID SLIGHTLY AROUND THAT SEAL BEHIND PRIMARY. IF IT STARTS TO CHOKE OUT , SEAL BAD. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Are you saying Idle while the problem is occouring then spray to check?
Would the crank seal be a reason for the fuel to mysteriously just slow to half its normal flow?
I'd change all the fuel and vacuum lines while you're at it. It could be a restriction or a flex in the tube when warm causing problems. Just a thought, could way out to lunch though.

you could have a slight leak making for poor vacuum(pulse line)tony means
wile just idling normally spray around the pto seal and mag seal if you can get to it..
check pulse line out for pinch or crack..

All lines were replaced last year and I know the pulse line is free and clear of any kinks or radical bends.I will check the fuel supply line under the dash I need to run down an electrical bug too and its all under the guage pod.Its not gonna be tonight I may need to go plow all night then get back to work at 7am.Yea snow BOOO WORK
