Hello from Maine!

Good evening , thanks for allowing me in. I have just purchased a 1994 Vmax -4. I believe mechanically its stock. It does however have a 2 up seat and b-rest. I first learned about the "big 4" in 92 when I was working at a Yamaha dealership. since I first drove one it has been a mission of mine to own one.
I am anxious to get reading here for all the hints and tips! Thanks again!

Welcome from another fellow Mainer. You picked up your V-4 in New Gloucester didn't you? I looked at it also. Very nice shape. Just the nickle size chip in the hood. I think you got one heck of a deal. I'm kind of addicted to them. In the end I realized I just didn't need two.

I just read your other post and can't believe a friend of mine just removed a custom made hitch last week and threw it in the trash. Oh well, they are pretty easy to fab.
