You should use a Camoplast 1" lug track. I would reccommend the Camoplast 9830 for best all-around performance. They run about 300 bucks.

Well, 1st I would have to ask...are you planning on running studs again? If not, then maybe a finger track like a ripsaw or something 1 inch or 1.25. Other wise a smaller lug track (.75 or .85) and stud. You will not hook up with a fingure track like you will with as many studs as you are running, but it offers a decent hook up at a decent price....(not haveing to buy studs) Its all comes down to where you want you sled to shine....tall lug, good off trail and lose of top end. small lug with studs, great hook up, more expensive and not so great off trail and every thing in between. benifits and trade offs either way

you could take some out or all, and replace with regular trail studs if ya wanted? I`m not sure i understand your delema? are you just wanting less studs to save on wieght? or are some of them bad, or what is it that makes you want to just take some out, and run that same track?

al p it just seems like alot of picks, i dont have a ton of money to spend on a new track or to buy all new picks so i am trying to come up with any other ideas. with so many picks and so much power i am afraid of digging holes and spending more time trying to get out than actual riding. do i have a concern or am i just thinking to hard???? any feedback will help.

Picks aren't going to dig a hole any faster in snow. On hard pack, they'll bite in a launch you faster. If you're riding in deeper snow, a deeper lug might help but don't worry about too many picks. The less you spin, the fewer picks you're going to rip out. Just my thoughts.
