Do you think this is a model for a Yamaha snowmobile? The guy has it listed as a 83 Yamaha 540 Stinger.

doug, the only "stinger" I`ve ever heard of, is a scopion stinger. and that was around a 79? I`m pretty sure thier has never been a yamaha stinger model? maybe they were talking about the exaust pipe stinger?

Never ever heard of that before. I think AL,P is right about the stinger maybe being the pipe he has on it.

Yes, exhaust type.
