need help finding parts to rebuild my secondary. cannot find parts on the yamaha website. any help/leads would be a big help. thanks

hmm, the fixed primary sheave was $66 the other day, today its $86

I guess I shoulda ordered it rather than complain! :)

I think the one listed in microfiche for the 92 is superseded by a newer number, that's what happened when I ordered one a couple of years back. Still seems like a pretty good price, although $66.00 would have been even better.

having same problem. go to extreme power sport.com,got all parts need but the solid bushing for the helex.they have small bushing&rampshoes. u can get that secondary half slide with every thing for $600.00

kiick your old one in the ditch get your jack shaft cut down to take a articcat secondary and yes it can be done at a machine shop

Royal Distribution has rebuild kits for secondarys they are around $30 canadian

EXACTLY !! I got my grubby paws on one from jminor. Sweet setup. Parts for those are dirt cheap.

Although I would highly recommend changing to and 800 chaincase setup.
