jet size for 97 sx 700

is 145 clutch side and the other 2 143.8....the sled keeps fouling plugs on the clutch side..does anyone know this

Yes, that's stock jetting. Check to see if the choke plunger is hanging up. They were known to freeze up that's why they heated them in 98.

yes i had a look and the plunger is hanging up..what should i use WD40...

I would try white lithium grease, somebody else might have a suggestion.

remove the plunger and buff with emory cloth,little oil when re-installing.
