I really want to have this beauty of mine ready for the gun next year as you may have read my last thread the motor has been phased to fire 180 it makes crazy power to much for the cluching on her now what can I do from the clutching all the way to the skid for best results. It pulls up to 180kms very fast but seems to stop around there I would expect more at 9500rpm the guy that built the motor and set it up for me is real busy with his shop and doesn't have time to help me so I have turned to the pro's elsewhere
thank you for your time

There is too much unknown information for anyone to help at this moment. What kind of pipes are you running? Gearing? Current clutching, etc... Provide more info and I am sure someone can help you.:2fingersc

Its all stock I have alot of work to do lol.. I have upgraded the exaust to 800 exaust just to keep it quiet because I do play on the trails too and I use the trails to get to the lake. I will be buying an 97 800 to ride around on for next year so no douts my 750 will see quads ,most likely psi quads

Your power is at 8750 rpm sounds like you are over shooting that. Stock pipes will not allow over 9500 180 crank or not. Your right there is more there but you'll need different pipes to get you there.Crazy power @ 10,200 then you can get into clutching that.Start with 8ba wieghts no tip weight.Secondary and helix will depend on what exact distance you plan on running.

Thanks Brakes ,10,200 wow I bet you I would see god up at thoes rpms!..
So it will turn up to that all I have to do is pipe it ,Will it hold together very long ? What I really want to do is get 125mph out of her can this be easily obtained ? And what do I have to do?

Sure you can.How do wish to do this? Fast off the line or top end speed at a certian distance? Gear and a 45 helix @ 80 will get ya there.

Are those race pipes? I was told to run my Delaughters at 10,000...straight stingers, no silencers.

Well I am most likely putting basic quads I thought Hauck howlers might be good pipes from what I have heard. I dont think I want to run more then 10,000 rpms out of it.

I would like to have a good wide range of power out of it, I would love to have a show off set up lift the skis to top speed.

If I am not mistaken Howlers are considered 10.200 rpm pipes also

Yup.The 10,200 is how you build the motor. The only way you can find the power band is on a Dyno. Then clutch to it.I know some one here who has a Dyno for rent.
