pulling everything apart, polishing frame etc. cleaning everything. trying to decide ifi want to go big bore. i really want a 180 hp plus trail sled. comments and advise is appreciated.

everyone thinks i'm nuts,working on something for the winter...but i want to have it ready for the new england grass drags in october. epping NH. this is going to be my first try at grass. if anyone has any advise,please feel free to give it up...

If you are going to race on the grass, don't get too attached to that nice clean sled...it won't be clean for long!!! That was one of the reasons I quit grass. EVERYTHING was dirty and gritty and I friggin hated it-except for the going fast part.:4fzfpi::Tomcat:

i just put my order in for custom vmax4 graphics from a company that i work with. i'll post some pics when they get here. sending hood/body panels to be painted next week.

sled look GREAT!!
Whoever is painting the hood etc, be sure they use a flex agent in the paint..it`ll save the hair line cracks for a while..

Is the sled your gonna grass drag with, the same sled you want a 180HP motor for trail riding with?

Definitely post some picts of the graphics and some info to get in touch with your source. I'm sure if they look great that they can easily play around with the colors to work with other colors schemes. My sled is paint with GM Stealth Grey Mettallic right now with no graphics.
