Identifying the difference between pipes

Just wondering what the best way to Identify the difference between stock 750 pipes and stock 800 pipes ,thanks for the help

If you do a search you should be able to find more info as well (Y-pipe/Exhaust pipe diameter)

If I want to change to the 800 pipes on my 750, do I need to change the y-pipes and silencer as well? Will the expansion chambers interchange with the 750 y-pipes? Thanks, Al.
