Unless something has changed, they should still be available from Yamaha. I changed mine on my 96 a couple years back and that's where I got them.

This place has them in a choice of colors.
http://www.receng.com/servlet/the-2880/ski-skins-snowmobile-ski/Detail
Recreational Engineering prices.
$65.11 Black
$69.19 Red
$65.11 Purple
$54.83 Plum (Closeout!)
$54.83 Neon Pink (Closeout!)
$54.83 Blue (Closeout!)
Dennis Kirk has them also, but their description is a little screwed up, but the part numbers match the receng parts numbers. The picture they have of the red inserts is not accurate. If you select the black one in the drop down the picture of the black ones looks to be correct. Dennis kirk only lists Red and Black.

Dennis Kirk Prices

$64.99 Red

Try this place: http://www.sledshed.net/
They are not OEM but they fit just like the stock ones.
There are still places out there selling carbides for these skis also, aren't there?

Looks like Woodys still offers them: http://www.wiem.com/catalog/details_product.aspx?id=0406041448407638&cat=4#ScrollTo

Ok, Thanks. Just wondering if we'll still be able to buy the common wear items for these sleds in a few years, or if we should be snapping up all this stuff while we can....
