Whats a 95 Vmax4 800 worth?

Know where I can find a 95 Vmax4 800. Hood is cracked pretty good in 2 spots so it'll need to be fixed or replaced. 1900 miles, new seat, carbides, and hyfax. Comes with a cover. What's it worth? Is $1000 too much? Thanks.
