Is there anyone that has measurments to make you own set of stingers for 750 pipes, I know it is better to buy a set but I cant find any. Thanks for the help
Stingers were interchangeable between 750's and 800's right?

I'm looking for some measurements too..
Actually, I just need the inner pipe and outlet pipe diameter.

How long is for example a bender stinger, the silencer part...??

The silencer part on both of mine is 13 inches long and 2 3/4 inch tubing.

Just happen to have a set of Benders apart to repack. The inner is a perforated pipe approx. 1 1/4 inch. Attached a couple of pictures. Hope that helps. Tom

That helps alot.. Thanks again, Tom!
It seems that the outlet pipe is approximately the same diameter as the inner pipe.

Btw, did you take that measure from inside or outside the pipe?

Outside of pipe. The inner pipe is not perfectly round. He's made the inner pipe from what was a perforated flat sheet and rolled it into pipe and then tack welded it in for or five places down the seam............Tom

I got my home made stinger almost ready today and I´m quite happy with the result.. Just some finishing up to do and they´re good to go.

Thanks!
Those weigh about 9 lbs or 4kg less than the original silencer. Next thing to do is a fiberglass hood.

Hopefully that´s going to happen soon. Still need some parts for the engine before testing.
