Sled starts, but wont rev past 3,500

Hello everyone, I went to start my sled for the first time this year and it started up fine but when it warmed up and i went to move it, it wouldn't rev past 3,500. If I hold the throttle it starts to die down and choke. Would this be a TORS problem? The light doesn't come on, only when I first start it up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've had TORS problems before where the light didn't come on, even though it was working. The TORS and oil light come on when you first start the sled to let you know that they're working, then fade away. From your symptoms, it sounds like it could be a TORS problem.
