I seen these and wondered if anyone has them on there sled. Here is what the write up said.

Desingned to compliment and customize Yamaha suspension wheels. Constucted of polyethylene plastics in Yamaha red and purple. Sold in pairs and include stainless steel self taping screws for instalation. Fits all Vmax, Phazer, Exiters, Enticers and Venture models.

I am going to call the dealer tomorow and see if the are still availlable. Here is the part number and prices for those who might be interested.

My wife's 97 vmax 600 has them on a few wheels. They look like they might have been cool at 1 time but a few of them are missing. Just 1 more non performance add on to babysit in my opinion.

I think they are kinda tacky, would rather the solid plastic color wheels.:confused: Accually, you see them all the time on Ebay.

Realy I will have to keep an eye out for them.

I am going to scan the page with the 800 Max with the red inserts. It will give you guys a better idea on how they can look. In the brochure it seams like a pretty nice upgrade.

If I were going to go the colored wheel route, I would go the full plastic colored wheels in the back and polaris 5 3/4" colored wheels for the rest....and bada bing you have a cheap oversize wheel kit, eliminates friction, gain some mph and looks a tad better.
