Tony's is a '95, remember? He also doesn't have an M-10 in it and I know that isn't Tony because it is not all capitalized and it doesn't have enough spelling errors!!! HAHA!!! Sorry, Tony! Had to say it.

HEY, WHO PAINTED MY SLED RED AND STUCK A M-10 IN IT. lol. GUYS MIKE IS CORRECT, MINE IS A 1995 THAT I STILL RACE TO THIS DAY. MINE WAS USED AT THE AMERICAN SNOWMOBILE SHOOTOUT IN 1995 BY BIG MOOSE YAMAHA IN OLD FORGE NY WHERE I BOUGHT IT. WITH THE BEST STOCK MPH OF 105.16. DON,T GET CONFUSED, THE 01 SRX HAD BEST STOCK E.T.!! MY GUESS IS THIS SLED WAS THE 1996 VERSION GUESSING BY THAT WINDSHIELD, AND IF I DIG MY OLD RESULTS OUT, THAT SLED RAN AROUND 102, BUT DID NOT TOP THE 95. THATS THE GREAT THING ABOUT E-BAY, YOU CAN POST WHATEVER YA WANT IN YOUR ADD. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Asked about sled and claims. Here is the sellers responce.
Well, I talked to the man who built the sled for the shoot-out and he is also the Big Moose Yamaha tech who has been the yamaha guy at every shoot out for the last 17 years about your questions. The SRX has the record for quickest ET. The VMAX4 has the record for top speed, and the 95 and 96 are exactly the same machine, no changes in the engine, clutching, suspension, etc. Nothing that would give either year an advantage. Go to american snowmobiler online and look it up yourself. Hope this helps.
Hummm...perhaps he does`nt realize, that the pigments in the color/paint red, weight more...
LOL/kidding..
Really though, i noticed in the add, he wrote...."This particular sled is THE American Snowmobiler Shoot out in Old forge winner and still the record holder for top speed of 105 mph stock"...
that defiantly sounds like he`s trying to claim that his sled is the actuall one..

8BU, THAT SLED DID NOT GO 105.16. MINE DID. I STILL HAVE ORIGINAL SHOOTOUT WINDSHIELD ON MINE, I ALSO HAVE FULL AMERICAN SNOWMOBILER NEWSPAPER OF THE EVENT THAT YEAR WITH A PICTURE OF MY SLED ON STARTING LINE AND I ALSO HAVE DYNO CERTIFICATE FROM C&H DYNO TESTED BEFORE THE SHOOTOUT AT 151.6 HP @ 8350. NOW THAT 96 WAS NO SLOUCH, IT RAN I BELIEVE 102 THE FOLLOWING YEAR. BUT MY 1995 IS RECORD HOLDER. 3:16 (yammie tony)

I love to mess with people who just don't know what they are talking about and try to sell it as fact, like this guy just making crap up as he goes to make it sound like something its not, probably jacked the price $500.00 when he found out that it could be passed off as a sled that held a record, but all these people have it coming some time, just wish some time got here sooner for some of them
