Hey Guys,

I had recently had to remove my silencers from my sled as they were worn in one of the flanges and needed welded. I was trying to get ahold of this guy for 3 weeks. As its hard to find a GOOD welder around here who can do the job right. So while the silencers were off my sled we were itching to get out for a rip. So since I hadnt heard of any jetting to be done when adding the silencers. I figured it would be fine if I just added the stock can until the silencers were fixed. That didnt go so well. First 10 feet of take off on my 750 and I knew there was trouble. I had absoloutly no power until I hit about 5000 rpm. I still cant understand it. We went out that day, and ripped around. I decided not to drive it until my silencers were back on. So yesterday I finalllllllly got ahold of the guy everyone around here says is the best one to go to. And they were right, he does an amazing job. AT a decent rate. So I got my silencers back. And tonight we went for a rip. Trails were almost prime. As good as its been this year. Again first crack on my throttle and I knew the difference. All my power had returned and it was like a completly different sled. Is there any reason this might be. Or am I just absoloutly crazy??

ACOUPLE THINGS WITH THAT BENDER SILENCER ON THE 750. THAT SILENCER CAUSES A LEAN SPOT RIGHT OFF OF THROTTLE. TWO THINGS YOU CAN DO UP PILOTS OR TURN OUT AIR SCREWS. 3:16 (yammie tony)
