front pogo removal

I've taken the rubber cap off the pogo, removed the jam nut and now find the large nut underneath to just be spinning the shock. How do I go about getting the pogo apart?:banghead:

are you trying to get it off the sled? or change the springs?

trying to put lowering tubes in which are basically longer collars on top of the springs
